Who can apply?

“Perspective for Youth Twinning program” supports either new or existing partnerships between civil society organizations and enables them to work together on a common issue. NGOs, foundations, civil initiatives, social enterprises, associations or local youth councils from following countries and regions are invited to apply for participation:

Central Asia

Kyrgyzstan:

  • Naryn oblast: Naryn town, Baetov, At-Bashy, Kochkor, Kosh-Dobo, Min-Kush;
  • Issyk-Kul oblast: Karakol, Balykchy, Cholpon-Ata, Ak-Suu, Kyzyl-Suu, Bokonbaevo;
  • Chui oblast: Maevka, Krasnaya Rechka, Tokmok, Pokrovka;
  • Talas oblast: Talas town, Omuraliev, Kara-buura, Uch-korgon, Bakai-ata.
